A: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1000 square meters. Orders must meet or exceed this MOQ to be processed and produced.

A: Delivery time is 10 days to 60 days after receiving the deposit. It depends on the size of the greenhouse.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: We provide a 12-month warranty period after installation. During this period, we will supply free spare parts for any quality problems of the products.

A: We can design the greenhouse according to your land and plants after receiving the deposit, and we can give simple drawings before signing the contract.
Q: How to install the greenhouse?
A: We will send engineers to the customer site to guide the installation. You only need to hire sufficient local workers to cooperate with the installation work.
Q: What systems do you need?
A: We have systems for windows opening , cooling, shading, irrigation, heating, CO2 control systems, etc.. The system selected according to climatic conditions and plant growth needs as well as the economic situation of customers.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: In general, our payment method is 30%-50% T/T deposit, and T/T pays the balance before loading. Or you can give your own payment term and we can negotiate.
