Our External Shading Screen system is a professional light-regulation solution installed on the roof of galvanized steel greenhouses. Its main function is to cool and shade in summer, diffusing sunlight into the greenhouse to protect crops. By blocking a large amount of light, it effectively reduces heat accumulation inside the greenhouse, generally lowering the temperature by 4–6℃.

The system operates via a speed-reducing motor that drives an A-shaped gear to rotate through the driving shaft. The gear then moves a rack in a linear reciprocating motion. Since the rack is integrated with the push-pull rod, which connects to the driving edge profile, and one end of the shade net is fixed to this profile, the shade net is driven to unfold and fold. The shade net moves within the passage formed by polyester curtain threads, which is why it is called a curtain-type system.

● Curtain-style mechanism: The shade net slides along tracks made of polyester threads, so it opens and closes smoothly and steadily.

● Tough, long-lasting material: Made from UV-resistant polyester fabric that won't rust, fade, or get damaged by wind, rain, or strong sunlight.

● Hardly stretches or shrinks: Only 2% shrinkage, so it stays the same size for years.

● 5-year UV protection guarantee: We promise the material won't break down or fade from sun damage for 5 years.

● Two ways to control it: You can move it by hand, or use an electric motor. Electric models let you control it remotely or set a timer-no need to go to the greenhouse to adjust it, saving you time and effort.
