Hydroponic System for Film Greenhouse is a soilless cultivation solution specially designed for plastic film greenhouses. It is especially suitable for large-scale, standardized commercial growing of vegetables, flowers, seedlings, and more.With a modular design, the system can flexibly adapt to small or large plastic film greenhouses with 6–20m spans, and work with greenhouse ventilation, shading, and temperature control systems.
Main Parts
Nutrient Solution Circulation System
- Nutrient tank: Stores mixed nutrient solution, with ports for checking liquid level, EC and pH.
- Circulation pump: Moves nutrient solution to keep roots supplied with oxygen and nutrients.
- Pipes & valves: Made of PVC/PE, rust-resistant and easy to clean. Control flow and return by section.
Growing Carriers (Main Parts)
- NFT pipes: Good for leafy greens (lettuce, endive, coriander). Roots sit in a thin nutrient film, get plenty of oxygen and grow fast.
- DFT growing troughs: For fruiting veggies (tomato, cucumber, strawberry) and big leafy greens. Deeper nutrient solution, stable for long growing cycles.
- Net pots & planting sponges: Hold seedlings, let air and water in, fit different root sizes.
Environment & Water-Fertilizer Control
- EC/pH monitor: Checks nutrient strength and acidity in real time, stops nutrient imbalance or root damage.
- Timer/smart control: Adjust how long the system runs and feeds. Some models work with phone/computer remote control.
- Filter & sterilizer: Filters and UV/ozone kill germs and algae, make nutrient solution last longer.
Auxiliary Facilities
- Return pipes & collection troughs: Recycle nutrient solution in a closed loop, save over 90% water.
- Frames/supports: Galvanized steel or aluminum alloy. Can be raised for easy walking, harvesting and machine use in greenhouses.
- Shading/insulation parts: Work with plastic film greenhouses to keep light and temperature steady.
